I am very happy with the program and the image quality. The acquisition software is very user friendly. JPI made it easy for me especially when I needed something to be done very quickly. I was down and there was no delay in receiving the upmost best service. The account manager got his team together and within 1 day set me up with a digital X-ray solution, programming, and training. JPI has gone above and beyond to make sure I was set up to shoot X-rays in my practice. I highly recommend JPI to anyone looking to upgrade.

Tallent X-Ray is happy to say we have installed many JPI ExamVue flat panel systems with the ExamVue software. The images look good and the software is easy for the customers to use. The pricing from JPI is competitive.Tech-support is usually very quick to respond if there is ever a problem. Thankfully technical issues are few and far between. Great support and a quick install. The doctor was taking and viewing images on his own the same day we brought the [unit] into the office. Since then we haven’t had to go on site to support the [unit] once. When an issue occurred with one of their computers, JPI had it fixed in minutes by remote access. The doctor loves the improvement in his X-rays and workflow since the [unit] was installed.
